Who can use it

Directors or employees of suppliers (customers, subcontractors, sole traders, etc.) of our Company and its Group companies.

Our response

  1. Based on the content of the information provided, we will investigate the facts and, if the investigation confirms a violation of the law, we will take the necessary corrective actions.
  2. The content of the consultation/report and the personal information provided will only be used by our Company and our Group companies for the purpose of investigation and response, and will not be used for any other purpose.
  3. The provider and the company to which he/she belongs will not be treated unfavorably because of the consultation or report.
  4. If information is provided or disclosed to a third party in the course of an investigation or response, it will only be provided or disclosed with the prior consent of the person who consulted or reported the matter, except in cases where a lawyer, accountant or other expert conducts the investigation or response, or where it is required by law, or where it may endanger the life, health or property of the society.
  5. If we cannot verify the facts regarding the content of the consultation or report, or if false consultation or slander or defamation is involved, it will not be investigated or responded to.
