INVOICE Format

1. The expenses are paid as remuneration and are subject to withholding tax.
2. Receipts are not required, and enter the details only.
3. Please note that you may be asked to provide a copy of the receipt for verification purposes.

Reimbursement Form Format

1. This format is for the reimbursement of provisional payments.
2. Receipts must be submitted.
3. Please follow our reimbursement deadlines.
