Eimi Suzuki’s New Exhibition “Pale Weight” Opens at Galerie GEEK/ART, Shibuya
We are pleased to announce “Pale Weight,” a new exhibition by artist Eimi Suzuki, who works actively as both a contemporary artist and jewelry designer. The exhibition will be held at Galerie GEEK/ART in Shibuya from October 18 (Sat) to November 16 (Sun), 2025.
Themed around “Polyphony — If you were me”, the show presents works that shed light on the heart and the body. Through these pieces, viewers are invited to reflect on differences between themselves and others, embracing diversity while questioning the meaning of coexistence.
Highlights include “She, Still Life I, II, III”, a new series inspired by the Three Graces from Greek mythology, in which Suzuki attempts to print onto weighty marble, and “Serene Operation I, II,” a work that dissects the human heart as if it were architectural structure, printed onto wood. While the materials may seem inorganic at first glance, a sense of warmth resonates within them.
In addition to the artworks, the exhibition will also feature items from Suzuki’s jewelry brand “eimiess,” available for purchase.
We invite you to experience the diverse body of work by Eimi Suzuki, an artist who continues to cross and expand the boundaries of artistic expression.
