Rebranding from ”GEEK AI STUDIO” to ”GEEK GARAGE”: Pioneering the future of video production through the fusion of research and development with creativity
In 2024, we launched our video development team, "GEEK AI STUDIO". Since then, we have built a track record across a diverse range of genres, including video production, whilst conducting extensive research into the latest technologies and carrying out technical validation with a view to their practical application in production environments.
We are now rebranding the team as "GEEK GARAGE" to further strengthen and develop its capabilities as a video development team by combining the expertise we have cultivated with our core creative strengths.
Moving forward, we will strive to create new added value in video content whilst aiming to realise even more innovative forms of expression and experiences.

In recent years, the widespread adoption of generative AI has significantly transformed the market environment surrounding video production, ushering in an era where simply utilising AI is no longer sufficient to achieve differentiation.
In 2024, we launched ”GEEK AI STUDIO”, a research and development team utilising generative AI. As a specialist team within the business production division ”Dots.”, we have been driving initiatives in both technical verification and actual production within the field of video production. Through this work, we have established a unique workflow that differs from conventional methods, enabling us to evolve to a stage where we can realise forms of expression and production structures that were previously difficult to achieve in video production.
Furthermore, looking ahead to the future, with a view to expanding our pool of specialist talent and broadening our scope of activities, whilst further advancing practical application and verification through client work, we have decided to rebrand the team as “GEEK GARAGE”.

“GEEK GARAGE” believes that, precisely because we live in an era where anyone can create video content, there is value in producing “video that can be released as a finished work”. We aim to understand the client’s intentions, uphold the brand’s worldview, and ensure the project is successfully delivered—including meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and handling rights clearance. We believe that AI only truly has meaning when utilised in such real-world production environments.
Over the past 20 years, during which we have continued to specialise in live-action production, we have cultivated our creative capabilities, including planning, direction and production judgement.

Through these initiatives, we aim not only to improve operational efficiency and reduce budgets for production projects, but also to instantly visualise concepts at the planning stage—which are often difficult to convey in words alone—thereby facilitating smoother communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

By incorporating visual expressions and a worldview that cannot be achieved through live-action alone, we were able to fulfil requests that could not be met using conventional methods.
