geek sight was established in December 2008 as a subsidiary specializing in film and drama production, and has produced a number of blockbuster productions, including the film “The Enemy,” which won the Tokyo Grand Prix, the highest award at the Tokyo International Film Festival, “Yukite Kaeranu,” the Netflix original series “Midnight Diner -Tokyo Stories,” and the drama "Elpis: Hope or Disaster, We have been involved in the production of numerous blockbuster productions.

In addition to its main business of producing TV commercials and other advertising videos and graphics, in recent years, the Company has been developing a wide range of entertainment businesses, from event production and management to IP, art, webtoon planning and production, and distribution of overseas productions.

With this merger, we will expand our business in the field of visual arts and strive to become a comprehensive entertainment company that can provide ever higher quality content to our customers.

geek sight's business and all of its rights and obligations will be taken over by our company.
