Pushpa rises from the very bottom to the top of a smuggling syndicate dealing in red sandalwood, a rare and highly prized timber that grows only in South India.
As he expands his power beyond borders and extends his influence into the political core, Pushpa arrives at Yokohama Port, hiding inside a shipping container.
Meanwhile, Superintendent Shekhawat, who once suffered humiliation at Pushpa’s hands, burns with a desire for revenge and sets out to destroy him at all costs.
Soon, a large-scale conflict erupts—drawing in the police and the government alike.
