Launching a support project for wheelchair tennis player Yui Kamiji, in our first collaboration with Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Starting from April 1st (Monday), we will be launching a support project for wheelchair tennis player Yui Kamiji in collaboration with Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Our company established a partnership agreement with player Yui Kamiji in January 2022 and launched the support project “YUIKAMIJI ROAD TO PARIS”. We have been working on initiatives to promote the development of wheelchair tennis industry and to energize parasports, such as supporting Kamiji's match information dissemination and video editing, as well as developing the official mascot character "Go! Karmy".
Through collaboration with the hometown of player Kamiji, which is Akashi City, this time, we will work to promote support for Kamiji while gaining the cooperation of the entire local community,
increase interest in wheelchair tennis and contribute to the popularization of wheelchair tennis.

Implementation overview
● Start Date: April 1, 2024 (Monday) - Sequential Deployment
● Implementation details:
1. Broadcasting of the support movie.
We will broadcast a support movie introducing the charm of the player Kamiji on the 220-inch large monitor installed at the event plaza ‘Akashi Citizens Plaza (Papios Akashi 2nd floor)’in front of Akashi Station.
2. Posting of posters soliciting messages of support.
We will post posters at about 100 locations such as public facilities and children’s cafeterias in Akashi City to collect support messages for player Kamiji.
3. Call for support messages at the children’s cafeteria
With the cooperation of the public interest corporation Kodomo Zaidan (Children's Foundation), we will be soliciting messages of support for the player Kamiji at children's cafeterias in Akashi City, encouraging children to participate in coloring activities featuring the official mascot character “Go! Karmy”.
4. Dissemination on the web/SNS
We will also disseminate information about Uechi's matches on the cheering website operated by our company, as well as on the homepage and official LINE account of Akashi City. Additionally, we will be gathering messages of support.
