The horror short film “Dog”, selected for the 49th Boston Sci-Fi Film Festival, will be released in theaters!
Geek Pictures announces that the horror short film “Dog”, which they produced and directed, will be released in theaters at Shimokita-Ekimae Cinema “K2” from Friday, February 16th.
“Dog” is one of the four horror short films in the collection “NN4444”. It tells the story of Kaede, who has just gotten engaged to an oppressive boyfriend, and is suddenly barked at by a woman like a “dog” on a night street. She can’t forget about that woman.
This film was also selected for the Short Film category of the 49th Boston Sci-Fi Film Festival.
“NN4444” is a collection of four horror short films by four emerging directors who have been highly acclaimed at domestic and international film festivals and advertising awards. They depict the absurdity of modern society from their own perspectives, along with the actors who will lead the future.
In December 2023, they were released online at the movie vending machine “NOTHING NEW” that appears at midnight, and received a lot of feedback, leading to this theatrical release.
